・About the fabrics
The outer fabrics are produced in Bishu, a woolen textile production area in Japan. The crisp, slightly bouncy cotton-nylon fabrics are made of two different colored yarns to create a single fabric, resulting in a unique color. Both materials are thin enough to be slightly transparent when held up to the light, and are characterized by their lightness and breathability.
・About the design
The design is based on a flight jacket and is constructed using a fusion of anatomical patterns. Two colours, Steel Gray and Blue Gray, are used in various parts of the garment, such as the front and back views and the collar. The buttons are carved horn buttons with a classic look. The front is made of a lightweight, thin organdy with a plush interlining, and the core is printed with 19th-century paintings and other designs that can be seen through.
The silhouette is a regular silhouette with moderate roominess. The fabric is breathable, and the construction itself is lightweight as well as having no heat retention properties, so it can be worn even in the relatively warm timing of spring and summer.
