Example of custom order event with the base design.
Today, we have selected one ring and one bracelet from the base samples that will be used in the {{widget type="Magento\\Catalog\\Block\\Category\\Widget\\Link" anchor_text="iolom" title="iolom" template="category/widget/link/link_inline.phtml" id_path="category/19" event_category="blog_2019_09_18_ja" event_label="iolom-custom-order-event-20191018_sentence_1"}} custom order event, which was published in last week's blog, and we have prepared two kinds of processed samples with two extremes!
In order to show the dramatic change from the unprocessed ring, we have taken photos side by side with the unprocessed base sample!
First of all, let's start with a sample of ring machining!
The ring was made based on the flattening out of the 3 samples of the ring base introduced last time!
One side is sand textured and has a fine crater finish and the other side is whitened and smoked to produce a two-tone colour.
On the other side, the cut ring is twisted a little and the metal itself is melted at random, the whole part is melt-processed and a small amount of 18 k gold is dropped to make a rough and decaying process!
The bracelet is based on a bracelet that can be attached and detached with T-bar clasps and has two kinds of processing.
The first is the fumigation process, followed by the smoking process, and then by a slight polishing of the surface to create a richly textured process with beautiful contrast due to the bumps and dips.
The other is to melt the metal at random, it was melted and smoke it to make it look like a bone.
This is a completely different design from the original and it has a very custom finish!
Like this processing, it is possible to design by adding to the base plate, some people may have an impression that the degree of freedom is low if there is a base, but in fact, the processing range is wide enough even from the base design! Even from the same base, it can be finished in a totally different look!
Also, this bracelet can be slightly processed on the T-shaped bar, so if you want to process the T-shaped bar as well, please let us know!
