Finally, the temperature has gone down and the weather has become autumn-like, and the sales of autumn tops such as knitwear have become very good both at stores and online.

In the evenings, there are more days when you feel uneasy without an outer, so many people think it's time to buy an outer.

Today, I will introduce 4 items in total, 2 of each recommended outerwear for this season by Morisaki who is mainly in charge of the online site business with me, in the form of conversation as in the previous GUIDI new work introduction blog.

I would like to introduce my impressions after actually wearing and looking at things, and the points I recommend to you with each subject.

First of all, I recommend outerwear.

Kobayashi's recommended outerwear ① JAN-JAN VAVN ESSCHE JACKET#44 PADDED MUD SILK

Kobayashi: I think the first one is the closest item to this season compared to the outerwear we will introduce later, but the first one is JAN-JAN VAVN ESSCHE jacket # 44 PADDED MUD SILK.

Morisaki : This is cotton padding, but it doesn't have that much volume in the fabric. In that sense, it may be easier to wear than a stadium jacket or MA -1.

We also have a yak wool jacket this season, why do you recommend it?

Kobayashi: Yes.

This jacket is designed with cotton padding that has been tapped on the stitches to make the natural silk look like nylon, which is a chemical fiber. I have already worn it on the long T-shirt of O project since this season.

The yak jacket is of course a special item, but due to the nature of the brand, I was more interested in this material that looks like nylon material in the production of natural materials.

I personally made a personal order, and the designer said it was a recommended item for this season, so I think the reason why I chose this jacket as a recommended item.

Morisaki : It certainly doesn't look like natural materials. It is interesting to think that a brand that only uses natural materials dares to create the expression of chemical fiber. Is that the most important point of this item?

Kobayashi: Of course, the key point is the gap in the texture of the chemical fiber made from natural materials, but the key point is that the surface itself is made of "Kouunsha (香雲紗)," a silk dyed in mud that has a history in China.

In addition, I personally ordered this item because I could feel JAN-JAN's respect for various ethnic cultures and because I was curious about the traditional fabric that I had never touched before.

The fabric is a little hard at first, but when you wear it, it becomes soft, and you can enjoy the deep black and denim-like aging where the pre-dyed brown gradually comes out.

Morisaki : From China? JAN-JAN's works are full of ideas about various cultures and traditions around the world, and it's fun just to know about them.

It's not just a simple trace, but it's also original because it incorporates the brand's philosophy, and it's also good that you can enjoy wearing it with the brand's style.

Aging is something that comes from wearing it for a long time, and I like brands that make things with that idea.

Kobayashi: That's right.

JAN-JAN wear is really a combination of various ethnic elements, so I always look into it myself, and when I realize it, I naturally study the history of clothes.

Also, I wanted to incorporate into men's fashion a style similar to the military liner jacket that was often seen in women's fashion last year, so I think it matched my mood in terms of fashion.

The weight is surprisingly light, so it is also recommended for those who are concerned about the weight of clothes.

Morisaki : It's really light when you actually hold it!

You said you can wear it now, but how long do you actually wear it?

Kobayashi: I think the wearing season is quite long.

The width of the sleeves and body is quite wide, so you can wear almost anything as an inner, and if you insert a thick knit and add a scarf, it can be used until the middle of winter, so I think this jacket can be used widely from October to March.

Morisaki : In that case, it's good that you can enjoy this jacket for a long time!

What kind of place do you have in mind if you wear this jacket?

Kobayashi: Although it has a nylon-like texture, it has a brown look inside the deep black, and it has a Japanese atmosphere that reminds me of a hanten (short coat), so I would like to wear it when visiting elegant places such as visiting temples and viewing autumn leaves, as I introduced in the situation style of Youtube the other day.

Morisaki's recommended outerwear ① DEVOA Coat Wool Herringbone

Kobayashi: Mr. Morisaki, it seems that you chose the DEVOA Coat wool herringbone as your first recommended outerwear. Why did you choose this outerwear?

Morisaki : These days, there aren't many coats from DEVOA with straight masculine designs, so I want to wear a masculine one for the first time in a while.

I think there was a trench that I took out at about 14 -15 AW, and it was made of a concealed shoulder with shoulder pads.

This also incorporates genuine military details, but this time it is very easy to wear around the soft shoulders without shoulder pads.

Kobayashi: I see.

This coat certainly has a strong military color and is masculine!

I think this coat has a atmosphere that makes you feel dandy.

What is the most recommended point of this coat for you, Mr. Morisaki?

Morisaki : The color is the best.

I have a lot of black clothes, and for those people, there is a pattern that you have to buy a set of matching items depending on the item, but it is easy to match with black, and if the design is not peculiar, it is easy to incorporate into the items you have, and I think it is a kind color for people who want to remove black.

Also, DEVOA is basically always making a fabric but the amount of thread inevitably increases, so it tends to be heavy, but this fabric has a good balance of lightness and softness while it is thick.

Kobayashi: I mentioned the lightness of the JAN-JAN jacket earlier, but I was surprised that this coat is also very light despite the fact that it is a long outer with a lot of material!

The color is olive like color that is not too colorful, so it is understandable that styling with black is easy.

This item is soft and comfortable to wear, and can be worn with this season's wide fit knitwear or vest type mouton as inner wear.

This one seems to be relatively wide for the specific wearing season. When is the appropriate time?

Morisaki : Yes.

This item has a basic design with a slightly loose feel, so it is easy to mix and match, and there are many colors that match well.

It has a size that allows you to wear a relatively thick inner, but the fabric of the coat does not spread horizontally and the vertical line is beautiful, so it looks neater than you would actually wear it.

As for the wearing season, it starts from the middle to the end of November when the temperature becomes around 10 degrees.

I think you can wear it well if you bring something light as an inner.

It can be worn as an inner even when it gets colder, so it can be worn in the middle of winter.

Kobayashi: It certainly has a loose silhouette compared to the usual DEVOA, but it looks sharp when worn.

Personally, the storage mechanism of the facing part that can be used when the chin strap is not used, and the parachute button used on the working face part of the sleeves also have a small technique and I thought it was good.

What kind of place do you want to wear this coat in?

Morisaki : I think it's good that you can wear it anywhere because you can change the impression of it depending on how you combine it with inner wear or pants, even in a high-class place in town.

Kobayashi's recommended outerwear (2) ZIGGY CHEN "Hidden Plaid" double-breasted oversized coat

Morisaki : What's Kobayashi's second recommendation?

Kobayashi: Like before, this item left the most impression on me among the looks, and one of the reasons was that it was an item I ordered personally, but I chose ZIGGY CHEN's "Hidden Plaid” double-breasted oversized coat.

At the same time, it is also used in the movie of the 21 -22 AW collection, and although it is an item with this season's concept, one of the reasons why it is chosen is that you can enjoy the unique balance of ZIGGY CHEN while taking in trendy details and fabric.

Morisaki : I've been using a plump corduroy last year, but this one is really cool.

The hair is slightly long and has a unique luster, and it is very mysterious that it is firm but soft.

Kobayashi: Yes.

The recommended point of this coat is the corduroy fabric.

This fabric has been improved by the designer, and by mixing metal, it is made into a soft and thick corduroy with a core.

By lengthening the bristles with thick ridges, the "white" color, which was rarely used in the fall and winter seasons, can be made to look like winter. At the same time, the corduroy fabric's name comes from the French word "Cord-du-Roi" and its elegant expression is attractive.

Also, it can be said for all ZIGGY CHEN wear, but is it made with details?

The lining of the sleeves and flap pockets, the lining of the sleeves, the thick buffalo buttons luxuriously arranged on the cuffs, and so on, there is no compromise in each element.

From this point on, there is a point where it depends on how you feel, so it is self-satisfying, but it is masculine yet feminine and luxurious, but it has a dirty color, and even though it is a mature item, it has a hidden check design and silhouette, and when you wear it, you can feel a boyish look.

I think the appeal of this coat lies in the sense of dualism, which seems to be a combination of conflicting items, and the sense of exaltation that when wearing the ZIGGY CHEN wear, you will feel that you are wearing a high-quality dress.

Morisaki : I think "fine clothes" are perfect!

It's not easy to understand, and I don't know how to express it, but I think I know it's a good thing.

ZIGGY CHEN has a great sense of incorporating such multiple atmospheres and elements into works.

I've never seen other brands that are so good.

Is the actual wearing season in midwinter?

Kobayashi: Yes.

The thick ridges make the corduroy thicker than ordinary corduroy, and since the corduroy has a pile structure in the first place, it contains air well, so I think it is best to wear it in the middle of winter.

The other day, when the lowest temperature was in the early 10 s, I tried it on over my shirt and it was a little hot when I kept walking (lol).

Since it is oversized, you can wear it as a stand-up collar by inserting a knit as an inner or fastening the button on the neck, so I think it will be worn during the severe cold season from the end of November to February.

Morisaki : If it's a little over 10 °C and you're wearing it over a shirt and it's hot, it's got a lot of heat retention.

The feel of the fabric and the silhouette have a strong impact, and there are details here and there which are interesting, but the basic design is very basic.

Where do you want to wear it?

Kobayashi: Although this is an item that emphasizes individuality, it has a modern silhouette that is generally accepted, so I think it will go well with urban scenes such as shopping or special situations with a little enthusiasm.

I personally order pants of the same fabric, so I really wanted to wear them in Paris and stand out there, but unfortunately, it seems difficult to come to Paris Fashion Week again this January.

Morisaki : Paris ...

Morisaki's Recommended Outerwear ② DEVOA FASCINATE Special Order Mother Goose Down

Kobayashi: Last but not least, which is Morisaki-san's second recommended outerwear?

Morisaki : DEVOA's "FASCINATE special order mother goose down"!

First of all, since the design and the silhouette are not unbalanced in a good sense, it is easier to match with various styles than the previous DEVOA down.

It can be worn like the old DEVOA, or it goes well with the current wearable DEVOA.

Also, for example, I think the brands that FASCINATE handles go well with BBS.

On the other hand, I think the width is wide enough to fit more casual streets.

And down jackets are simply comfy and warm. So, as expected, it is easy to use in winter.

Kobayashi: I used to avoid down jackets because I didn't want to wear them too much, but recently oversized silhouettes have become the trend, so this is one of the items that I no longer feel uncomfortable with.

It's certainly not too colorful in a good way, but if the brand is based on the perfect fit style, it has a versatile down that can be worn with anything.

The fabric is super hard twisted Wool super 120’s, so it is soft to the touch and has a high quality look that is completely different from nylon.

What is the most recommended point of this jacket?

Morisaki : It's the inside of the neck.

This item is made from a blend of deadstock's finest Tasmanian wool and cashmere. It is very comfortable and warm.

It feels good to use something that is comfortable to wear even though it is almost invisible to the eye.

The rest is light when you try it on. I am surprised that it is not because of the quantity but because it is very light as an outer.

Kobayashi: Deadstock Tasmania wool that is not on the market now ....

It's a point that can hardly be seen from the outside, and it's a touch that only the wearer can understand, but that alone makes me interested in this down jacket.

I have worn it several times for styling, and the weight is very light!

Also, I personally had a good impression that the bumpy parts of the downpack were not exposed to the outside.

Morisaki : To be honest, this lightness is amazing.

The down inside is made of mother goose down without feather at all, so even a small amount of it removes bulkiness and there is no need to worry about collapsing because of the high elasticity of the down ball.

I tend to avoid wearing a down pack on the outside because it looks like a down jacket, but it doesn't look like that at all.

Kobayashi: This down jacket is made of genuine down fabric and has a stylish design with consideration for the material around the neck.

For a down jacket, is it basically for in the middle of winter?

Morisaki : Yes.

It is only worn on cold days from December to February.

Not only does it protect you from the cold and keep you warm, but it also warms you up relatively soon after you wear it, so you don't have to wear thick knit innerwear.

Kobayashi: If you have an outer that has a sense of security and is easy to mix and match, you will feel safe!

This item, which you can easily put on and go out, is suitable for the current lifestyle where you don't have many opportunities to go out.

Do you have an image of the situation where you want to wear this jacket?

Morisaki : The sleeves are ribbed to protect against wind, and there's no wind coming in from the neck, so I'd like to wear this especially when I'm cycling in winter.

Also, I think this down is very good for a situation where you stay outside for a long time like Hatsumode (Japanese new year).
