Work Jacket and Pants with a Silhouette that Appeals

The "FIG." coat line is inspired by vintage work coats and has a modern silhouette arrangement. The "KLING" introduced today is a jacket derived from the "FIG.

This is a light one-layer jacket without lining, designed with spring and summer in mind. The single front design with peaked lapels and the power buttons that peek out at the neck give it a classic feel not found in work jackets, while the straight cuffs and unvented detailing give it a rough, easy-going quality.

Along with "KLING," we introduce the new pants "GOSSE" released from 22SS. This item is the result of designer Kawamura's vision, "I wanted to plan a simple pant that speaks only of its silhouette.

The use of buttons, oddly shaped patterns, the size of the parts, and other KLASICA-esque tricks that are obvious at first glance are kept to a minimum, and the natural volume is created with only inconspicuous tricks such as cutting, tucking, and gathering based on the crop length and drop crotch. It has the appearance of an adult that exudes a sense of presence while refraining from assertiveness.

Cotton fabrics that create drapes

KLING" and "GOSSE" are both made of cotton back twill using 20/2 high-twisted yarn, which is used for industrial applications requiring high strength, usually used for bags and interior decorations, but KLASICA dares to apply it to elegant jackets.

The twill weave pattern with thick, dense yarns has a crisp, dry touch and brings out a glossy drape and a sense of weight that is difficult to express with cotton fabrics.

The wool-like appearance creates a classic atmosphere that is as good as a broadcloth shirt. It is an excellent fabric that is both wrinkle-resistant and robust enough for daily use.

Monotone Cordage with Outstanding Silhouette

We recommend a simple monotone coordination that makes the most of the classic details of "KLING" and the superb silhouette of "GOSSE".

By layering a broadcloth band-collar shirt reminiscent of a 40's work shirt, the nostalgic work sentiment of "KLING" is enhanced with a good lightness that creates an elegant atmosphere but is not stiff.

The vertically elongated form of the shirt is an excellent match for voluminous pants. The shirt peeking out from the hem of the relaxed jacket, which is not too tight around the body and shoulders, is exquisitely balanced with a deep round cut in an antique style and a crisp contrast that gives it a slouchy look without feeling sloppy at all.

On the feet, black back-zip boots are a grown-up look.
