This year's business days have come down to the last two days today, the 29th and tomorrow 30th (until 3pm).
This year, we had a business alliance with The R in April, changed the site to one, opened up a limited time pop up shop in Umeda along with so many other changes. As there was so much to do, there were many cases that we had to leave the store and it was very frustrating as we were unable to tend to some of the customers who came all the way to our shop...
In addition, earlier this month, we caused a lot of inconvenience to many customers due to a human error, misdelivery of e-mails etc.
We apologize again.
From next year, we will review our work, work on improving our business so that there will be no mistakes and inconveniences like this year. Thank you for your continued support!
As there were many things we would like to apologize about this year, this post has become quite dull and sad...
In preparation for the Fall / Winter collection of January 18-19, we are preparing to expand the variety of items by adding appointments to new brands as well as existing brands. We will enrich our lineup with The R more than ever and work hard to expand our horizons!

Opening Hours：12 noon to 3pm
※ The closing time is faster than usual so please be careful
First business day of the year 2018： 2nd January 2018
Opening Hours：12 noon to 8pm
※ Business hours as usual
2. Shipping of online orders
For orders thatn have been processed and paid on the 30th of January by 3pm, we will ship them out on the 30th of December. For others after the 3pm, we will ship them out on January 2nd.
※ For customers that opt for Bank Transfers, this will depend on the business days of the bank so we would urge you tp use other payment methods.
