The 2023-24 AW collection presented at the Hyokeikan of the Tokyo National Museum, a representative example of Western-style architecture in the late Meiji period.

The collection theme is "THE TWO OF US."

The models are walking slowly to the original music by Akira Kosemura.

The collection was based on monotones in black and white with warm colors such as Bordeaux.

From tank tops and riders jackets and long skirts with deep slits to leather shoes, every piece has graphics.

These are designs that feel like this season.

While looking at this season's runway, what caught my attention was the fact that almost all LOOKs were wearing skirts or one-piece dresses.

This choice stems from the inspiration behind the collection, which is a woman deeply admired by Mr. Miyashita himself.

It has a genderless vibe, but with sophisticated details, it achieves a masculine skirt style.
