About MAD et LEN
From Marcel Proust's "In Search of Lost Time - A la recherché du temps perdu, Chapter 1: Swann's Way - Du cote de chez Swann" ... The beginning introduces an episode where the character's eating of a madeleine (actual spelling: Madeleine) dipped in tea brings back a flood of memories.
This Madeleine is the origin of "MAD et LEN" and has become the concept for their product development.
The products use an old-fashioned method of infusing scents distilled from flowers, woods, and stems by hand, and do not use silicon, parabens, paraffin, PEG, artificial colorings or fragrances, or any other petroleum components.
Also, they do not use any animal-derived ingredients except beeswax, do not conduct animal testing, and are manufactured using natural preservatives to maintain product quality.

The metal container holding the potpourri is crafted by Moroccan artisans, who hand-beat each metal sheet according to the ancient black metal technique of panel beating.
MAD et LEN - candle
A candle made by blending scents extracted from plant essences with natural soy and beeswax.
The blending of the fragrance and the pouring into the container are all done carefully by hand.
When actually lit, the scent spreads more gently than Pot Pourri, making it recommended for use in relaxing settings.

This fragrance is made with natural flowers, stems, and soil, extracted using traditional distillation methods, resulting in a gentle aroma.
