DEVOA 22SS Short Sleeve Shirt

This season has been a little longer than usual, from December to May, but summer items started arriving last month, and this time all 22SS items are now in stock.

We will introduce the cut and sewn items that arrived today at a later date, but today we would like to introduce another summer top, DEVOA's three short sleeve shirts.

Short Sleeve Shirt Shadow Jacquard

The pattern on the ripstop is produced by jacquard weaving.

It is not a neat plaid pattern, but a special pattern with several different line thicknesses and spacing between lines, which are interrupted and hidden in the middle.

The thickness of the fabric is about that of an orthodox shirt fabric, and 15% nylon is blended with cotton to give it a moderate firmness and softness.

The design itself is a standard shirt, but the front has a zip closure instead of a button-down.

There are two buttons at the top and one at the bottom, and the zip part is hidden when closed.

The length is slightly longer than a basic shirt, and the sleeve length is almost half-sleeve.

The sleeves are also made in a way that they are less horizontal and more in line with the arms, giving it a clean look both from the front and from the back.

We tried it with full-length pants.

Short sleeve shirts tend to give off too strong a casual image, but this shirt has a very clean look by making the length and sleeves a little longer to give a good sense of relaxedness, and also by creating a tight vertical line.

The length of the sleeves is exquisitely effective, and just by changing the area of skin showing a little, the impression changes considerably.

When worn open, the zip acts like a core and opens in a clean line.

Because it is zipped, it can be worn like a shirt jacket.

Short Sleeve Shirt Wild Silk

The material is introduced in this blog, so let me briefly introduce the material.

The so-called tussah silk, which is produced in central India, is softened by DEVOA's original rubbing process, and then a special softening process is applied at the finishing stage of the fabric.

This process produces a fabric that is smooth to the touch and retains the unique features of tussah silk.

It has high air permeability and antibacterial properties, and although it is made of 100% silk, it can be hand-washed, making it an easy-to-handle material.

The design is minimalist, collarless, with parachute buttons, accented with horn buttons that are larger than those on other shirts.

As with the shadow jacquard shirt, the length and sleeves are slightly longer. The supple and dynamic texture of the material allows even dark colors to be worn with a light image.

It can be worn in a relaxed manner, but with an image of elegance.

The design is minimalist, collarless, with parachute buttons, accented with horn buttons that are larger than those on other shirts.
