Impactful first look

I think I first saw Poeme Bohemien about 15 to 6 years ago.

It was the heyday of DIOR HOMME led by Hedi Slimane.
It was the time when the slim silhouette dominated the trend for a long time, with skinny pants and a slim short jacket as the top.

In those days when the slim silhouette was at its peak, when I went to a certain shop in Osaka, I was introduced to these linen pants by Nicolo Ceschi Berrini before changing to Poeme Bohemien.

The semi-wide silhouette has nothing to do with the fluffy wrinkled linen rough linen material, the unique gray with a slight purplish dullness, the color unevenness that makes you think that it is a failure, and the slim items that follow the trend.
The color, the material and the silhouette are all fresh, and I remember that I bought it right away.

That was my first encounter with Poeme Bohemien.

Started handling by accident.

It was sold at FASCINATE for a while, but it stopped because of certain reasons, and other shops also decreased, so I didn't see it anymore.
At the Nagoya store that opened in 2019, one of the staff members was discussing a possible new brand. He told us, "How about Poeme Bohemien?"

It was my favorite brand, and I was sorry that I stopped selling it, so I decided without hesitation that it would go well with the Nagoya branch.
After that, I made an appointment right away and decided to order the Paris exhibition.

When I saw them for the first time in a while, I felt the same "coolness" I felt at that time, and I felt happy and nostalgic.

Where do you find attractive?

Everyone has clothes that they think are good or that they are interested in, but when asked, "Why do you like it?" it's hard to say.

"Because I like it." "It's cool."

That's all I can say.

If I had to express such a feeling, would it be "air"?

So what makes Poeme Bohemien feel that way?

It is a place where refined character and steady core strength are seen and hidden in the coarse, decadent and simple.
In other words, it's a glimpse of the designer's philosophy.

There are hippie culture and traditional clothing, but there are also beautiful jackets and coats that use tailoring techniques, and basic denim.

All of these are created by the designer himself who has an interest in various cultures, and the knowledge and sensitivity that he has accumulated through experience, and it seems that his experiences and thoughts are seen through his works.

It's hard to put it into words, but I think it's because you can clearly see the part behind such works.

That's why visible brands have meaning not only in the design but also in the details of the work, and I feel that those brands that make things like that have been loved for a long time.

Loose silhouette.

The works we have in stock this time are full of that kind of atmosphere.

This time, with a slightly loose silhouette, we mainly select basic items that can be worn easily while expressing a poetic world view.

Since it was said that the delivery would be a little late, I ordered pants for summer and shirts and thin coats that can be worn from autumn.

Actually, I should have something more to say, but it's hard to put it into words ...

The bottom line is that this brand is really cool.
