JAN-JAN VAN ESSCHE's 22-23AW collection was inspired by the fashion of Afghan people in the early 1900s.

This season, there are almost no items with vivid coloring like in the 22SS collection, and the brand wanted to use only monotone, almost grayscale colors.

While there is a sense of a revival of the origins of JAN-JAN's creations, which have always excelled in BLACK-colored styles, the collection is rich in minimalist items with details stripped down based on items that are more strongly influenced by Western garments than ever before.

Also, there are many monotone patterned items such as knitwear and shirts, which look great in combination with the minimal outerwear!
